Our bags of Arriba Nacional cacao paste come in easy-to-use chunks, straight from the original block. Directions:

For daily use we recommend a dose of 20-25g. A full ceremonial dose is no more than 42g.

• Using a sharp knife, shave desired amount onto chopping board.
  
• Heat water/guayusa/nut milk to 170 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celsius)
• Remove liquid from heat and add cacao shavings.
• Add your preferred herbs and sweetener (optional).
• Stir until ingredients have completely blended through.
• Set your intention for the day and sip the brew. (Ensure you are in a quiet environment for a deeper connection). 

Important Safety Information

While our ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful and enriching superfood, please consume responsibly. A dose over 50g may cause nausea, cold sweats, or headaches. Avoid if you are on antidepressants or have certain heart conditions.
