REFUND POLICY

  • In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, please email us at hello@chakao.com detailing why you are unhappy with the product, providing as much information as possible along with photographic evidence where applicable.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds of any opened packages due to the nature of the product.
  • If an order is returned to us as undelivered / returned to sender, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the cost of reshipping.
  • International deliveries are subject to customs clearance in the destination country and as such, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates.
  • We are not liable or any delivery delays due to circumstances outside of our control and events classed as, but not limited to, a force majeure.
  • We are nice people here so if you are unsatisfied with our products in any way please get in touch and we will do our best to make everything right for you.
